Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellations
Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellations Glow + Flow requires a $50 non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment with any of our artists. This $50 deposit will be applied toward your service at your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please call to change your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your schedule appointment. Your deposit can be transferred one time for a new time slot. If you are unable to make the new scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit will be forfeited if any appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment and a new deposit will be required for the reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Glow + Flow Beauty Experience does not offer refunds on hair. If you are not happy with your hair purchase, we will gladly exchange your hair purchase within 7 days as long as it is unused, unprocessed and still in its original packaging.
Custom hair orders not in stock usually take 21+ business days to ship.
Glow + Flow Beauty Experience is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to extension applications.
Glow + Flow Beauty Experience is not responsible for thinning, breakage or balding of your natural hair due to extensions applications.
Clients receiving extension removals and re-installs must arrive at least two hours prior to closing.
Glow + Flow Beauty Experience does not perform services on applications installed outside of Glow + Flow.
Glow + Flow Beauty Experience offers a 7-day grace period on all installations. If you have any problems with your installation within 7 days, please give us a call to schedule a repair appointment. Any requests for repairs after 7 days will be charged accordingly.
After your service, we suggest that all clients speak with your artist about recommendations for at home maintenance tips to extend the life of your extensions installation and prevent any breakage.
General Beauty Services
Glow + Flow Beauty Experience does not offer refunds on any services. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please ask for the manager before leaving the salon.
General Salon Policies
Children under the age of 12 and men are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced.
No pets are allowed in the salon.
Valet parking is available in the lot next to the salon for $13.00 and there is plenty of metered parking on LaBrea.
Glow + Flow Beauty Experience is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the salon.
Only one promotional offer can be used per visit.
Prices are a general estimate on what to expect with your service. However, all final pricing is determined by the artist and should be confirmed before your service is started. All prices are subject to change.
