Glowandflowbeauty.com is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. We do not accept any returns but will gladly accept exchanges for Glow + Flow products within 5 days from the delivery date in unused, unopened, original packaging. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We strongly suggest taking photos of your items upon delivery if the item or box was received damaged or opened. To complete your exchange, we require a purchase receipt and invoice with products from the order displayed. Hawthorne, CA 90250 Once received, we will process your return, and a store credit will be issued to your account. You will be notified via email once your store credit has been processed. All return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Delivery & Curbside Pick-Up

We offer complimentary same day delivery for all orders over $75.00 placed by 12pm PST with a delivery address within a 20 mile radius of our location. Once you enter your zip code, your shipping and delivery options will be displayed for you to select the best option that suits your needs. Curbside pick-up is available for all orders placed online. When making your selections, the pick-up time will be selectable for your convenience. When you arrive for your pick-up, please call the store at 310.419.9299 and provide your last name. Your order will be delivered to your car shortly.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated automatically prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method options and the associated pricing. We will ship your 2 business days after payment is received.
